Pastor Keith Kerstetter brings a fresh and unique perspective to the pulpit. Saved in his thirties, he is able to relate to those who may be skeptical, fearful, or unaware of what it means to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. His goal for every sermon is "holy. . . helpful. . . humorous." While he was on staff at Cedar Valley Church in Bloomington, he was asked by the National Office for HonorBound Men's Ministries to complete two videos for discipleship and evangelism that are being used both nationally and internationally: "Preparing To Win" and "You're A Soul Winner - You Just Don't Know It Yet." Married to Cindy, an accomplished vocalist, pianist, and worship leader, they have four children: Samuel, Michael, Thomas and Anna.

Pastor Paul uses his 30+ years of experience as an associate to the Senior Pastor with the responsibility of following up, directing, and assimilating all visitors and guests to the various departments and ministries of our assembly. He assists the Staff in conveying the warmth and personal interest that awaits those who worship with us. Along with New Family Outreach and H.U.G.S. (Hosts, Ushers, Greeters and Senders) Ministry, Pastor Paul leads the Senior Adult Ministry. He is a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He and his wife, Fran, have one son, Joseph, and one daughter, Maria.

Bruce Schoeman is our Adult Ministries Pastor. His personal mission statement is “Encouraging Leaders to Accomplish Their God Given Vision.” He is always looking for ways to do relevant ministry leading people to faith in Jesus Christ. Bruce is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a degree in Business Administration, served as a Crusade Director for Lowell Lundstrom Ministries, headed up their Publications Office in Minneapolis, ran for public office in this legislative district, served on our church board and later as interim administrator. He worked as an Account Executive for Maracom Advertising Agency, consulted for a number of regional and national ministries, served as a Capital Campaign Consultant for the Assemblies of God Financial Services Group, joined our church staff in spring of 2005. Bruce and his wife Priscilla have two adult sons.

Graduates of North Central University Pastor Jon and Kelli came to us in 2002 from West Virginia. This husband and wife team bring over 11 years of youth ministry experience. They have a strong passion for God and a desire to see students eternally impacted in their community. Pastor Adam Sischo and his wife Danae graduated from North Central University and joined our team in 2006. From a small town in Indiana, Adam pursued an art career before being called into the ministry. He uses his humor and artistic abilities to reach Jr. High age youth in the community.

Nancy Murphy

Nancy holds B.S. degrees in Music Education and Theater Production, and has provided artisitic and/or musical direction for over 25 mainstage productions at the Assembly of God in Willmar and Willmar's community theater since moving to Willmar in l986. She has been a member and leader in many areas of the Fine Arts ministries during her 18 years at the Assembly, and her passion is to serve musicians as they use their gifts to glorify God. Nancy is married to Bart, and their children are Hannah and Samuel.

Tyler Grant, Travis Glanzer and his wife, Tricia, Jarva and her husband Kris Clark, and Jarvis and wife, Jane Glanzer. She is the proud grandmother of four grandsons and one granddaughter. Her hobbies are reading, counter-cross stitching, and playing games.

Woody Glanzer is our Maintenance Director. He and his wife, Eileen have four children: Melodee and her husband, Rev. Tyler Grant, Travis and wife, Trisha Glanzer, Jarva and her husband Kris Clark, and Jarvis and wife, Jane Glanzer. He is the proud grandfather of four grandsons and one granddaughter.
