What is Speed The Light?

Speed the Light (STL) engages and equips the church to proclaim the gospel through the generosity of students and adults. The concept is simple: we give so others can speed the light of the gospel to a world in darkness.

STL was born almost 90 years ago out of the desire of our leaders to make sure that youth students in the AG focused on missions. Technology and culture has changed, but God's desire to engage students in global missions and evangelism has not. Through STL, students learn the importance of a gospel-centered, spirit-empowered, and personally responsible way of life. 100% of the funds given to STL are used by the represented compassion ministries with a central purpose of forwarding the gospel to the ends of the earth.

There are over 2,300 children that go missing everyday in the US alone. They are lost, without hope, and vulnerable to the grip of human trafficking. They are sold the lie that no one cares, no one is looking, and no one will find them. FREE International cares, they are looking, and they will find them with our help. By providing FREE International with a Missing Child Search and Response Vehicle, they will continue their work of FINDING, RESTORING, EMBRACING, and EMPOWERING those right here in Minnesota that the rest of the world has given up on. Jesus loves each of them and so do we. UNTIL ALL ARE FREE.
